For a return to be considered eligible, the factory seal must remain intact, and the packaging must be in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery or pickup.

Once a shipping container or product box has been opened, the item is no longer eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This policy ensures that every customer receives a product that has never been handled or assembled outside of our controlled environments.

Pre-Purchase Inspection at Showroom Locations

Condition Verification and Process

All return requests are subject to a rigorous verification process to confirm the condition of the packaging.

  1. Authorization: Customers must contact our support team to initiate a return request.
  2. Inspection: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the box to confirm it remains unopened and factory-sealed.
  3. Outcome: If the box is confirmed to be unopened, the return will be processed according to our standard internal procedures. Items found to have been opened or tampered with will be ineligible for a refund.
